Before an appliance is connected
A new gas range or outdoor fixture needs more than an available connection nearby. The line, appliance requirements, ventilation and location must be reviewed. In a Vancouver multi-unit property, building rules and access to shared areas may also matter. Keep the installation manual handy if you have it.
Repairs and changes
The team can discuss existing gas-line repairs and new fixture connections after reviewing the setup. Do not alter or test a gas connection yourself. If gas is suspected to be leaking, leave the area, avoid switches or flames, and contact the gas emergency line before arranging routine service.
What to prepare for a kitchen change
If a Vancouver renovation includes a new range, send the appliance model and tell us whether the cooking location is moving. An existing outlet does not by itself confirm that the line, shutoff and ventilation suit the new setup. If the property is a strata unit, building access or approval may also matter. The team can review those details with you and explain what needs an on-site assessment before installation is scheduled.
