We use the information you choose to share to answer questions, arrange service and follow up about the work. You can call us at 604-438-7465 to ask about the information connected to your request.

Booking a service visit

The Book online buttons open an existing Jobber request form. Information you enter there is submitted to Jobber and the service team, according to the privacy information shown in that booking flow. This website's own message forms are not accepting submissions while their secure connection is being completed.

Information stored in your browser

If you arrive through a tagged link, this site stores campaign tags and advertising click identifiers, when present, in your browser for up to 90 days. It also stores the landing page so a future request can be associated with the visit that led to it. You can clear this information using your browser's site-data controls.

Maps

The service-area page loads its map from OpenFreeMap using OpenStreetMap-based data. Your browser contacts the map provider to display it. See OpenFreeMap’s privacy information for how it handles map requests.

The contact page displays our business location in an embedded Google Map. Your browser contacts Google when it loads that map. See Google’s Privacy Policy for information about Google’s data handling.

Photos and service details

When the site's request forms become available, you will be able to provide your name, contact details, service address, a description and an optional photo or document. That information will be used to assess and respond to your request. Please do not include payment-card details or other information we do not need for the service conversation.

Career enquiries

The Careers page currently directs interested applicants to call us. Its online application form will be enabled only after secure delivery is connected. That form will ask for contact details, the role of interest and a résumé so the hiring team can review the application. This notice will be updated with the final delivery and retention details before online applications are accepted.

Optional email updates

Receiving a service response does not require joining a marketing list. If you separately choose to receive maintenance tips or service updates, you can withdraw that choice through the unsubscribe instructions in an email or by calling us. Marketing messages are not being sent from the site's request forms while they are offline.

Call recording and advertising

This website does not currently run CallRail call recording or advertising pixels. If those services are introduced, this page and the relevant notices will be updated to explain the providers, purposes and choices available to you.
