Map the heating problem
North Vancouver homes use a variety of heating arrangements. Tell us whether you have radiators, in-floor heat or another system, and whether the problem is limited to one room or reaches the whole property. If a thermostat or boiler shows an error, record it without opening the appliance.
Repair, maintenance or a planned change
A routine maintenance request is different from a system that has stopped heating. Share the boiler make and model if it is easy to read, the last service date if known, and any new sound or visible leak. For a replacement or renovation, tell us what you want to change and whether other work is planned in the same rooms. The team can confirm the appropriate visit and explain options after assessment.
One cold zone or a whole-home problem?
If the boiler is running but a single North Vancouver room stays cool, note the thermostat setting and whether other rooms reach their usual temperature. That pattern is useful when discussing a zone, circulation or control issue. If the entire property has lost heat, say when it started and whether hot water is affected too. Do not remove boiler panels or reset a fault repeatedly to gather information; the display and the symptoms you can observe safely are enough for a first conversation.
